Fair Use Policy

All our hosting services are subject to a fair use policy which reflect industry standards. Where files size are mentioned as limits; please note that these are uncommonly large.

Users may not access any website or page more than 100 times in one second, which applies to both the singular user and a number of users at one time.

Storage space is limited to no more than what is available on our servers. Where Unlimited is terms for any hosting space, we shall endeavour to enlarge our hosting space but can not guarantee this where such an act is economically indefensible. We shall prioritize pre-existing files on our server over the installation of new ones.

Where we mention offering to develop websites of a set number of pages; any price given is subject to the content being below a fair use criteria. In such a case we shall only guarantee any quote given or any available hosting space promised should the specified development fall below a computer memory size level assessed in MB; For post development projects this level will 2000 MB, for any content delivered prior to development, or during, this level shall be set to 10 000 MB. Where an e-mail account holder wishes to send electronic information such as files or data across our servers, this level shall be set to 2000 MB.

We reserve the right to bill any customer for any third-party damage or cost incurred for misuse of services. Note that misuse by anyone user on our servers may interrupt the service we offer to others. We endeavour to resolve and prevent this through means of warning messages and upload limits. Where persistent attempts are made or where warning messages are ignored, we can not be held responsible for their misuse. We may however suspend the service of any user who continually misuses our services.

Where we simply provide the hosting for any customer, we shall screen any content delivered for intrusion facilitating script, out dated script or general security flaw. We can not permit it's installation should we find any such security flaw.

We will endeavour to prevent the use of our services to any user involved in such criminal activity as fraud or identity theft. We shall likewise endeavour to prevent the use of our service to any user involved in such civil law breaches as domain name identity theft or copyright infringement.

We shall endeavour to offer an unlimited or 24 hour support or sales service where mentioned but can not guarantee the availability of our staff during unsociable hours or when our staff are busy. Please also note that staff number will be greatly reduced during unusual business hours. It is common however for our staff to work on projects through the night and may therefore likely be available. We provide e-mail support during unusual business hours and weekends and we resolve to tend to each message with in 12 hours. Much of the time, senior colleagues are not at the office or on call, we do however offer several contact telephone numbers which will forward to the first available Consultant when he or she is not in the office. We also offer a 24 hour telephone line which should be answered at all times of the day but carries with it the same restrictions mentioned above. Our staff however shall endeavour to be as helpful as possible at all times of the day or night when contacted.
